·       72 year old, male. 七十二岁， 男性。 

·       Having an advanced periodontitis for many years, based on clinical evaluation, five teeth  on upper arch  were considered to be treatable and retainable, while all the teeth on the lower arch were diagnosed as hopeless , needed to be extracted . 患中晚期牙周病多年， 临床检查发现上牙弓只有五颗牙齿可以治疗后保留， 而下牙弓全部牙齿已无法治疗， 需要拔除

·  Treatment： Periodontal treatment on the upper teeth by deep cleaning and surgery, Extractions of all hopeless teeth. Five implants were placed on upper arch to form a dentition mixed with five retained nature teeth; on the lower arch was all on four+ prosthesis. 治疗方案：对上颌可保留的牙齿进行了深洗和外科治疗， 拔除剩余牙齿， 治疗后的上颌牙列由五个种植体支持的冠桥和五颗自然牙所组成， 而下颌则由四植体+全瓷牙列来恢复
