Complete Edentulous,rehabilitation with conventional complete upper denture, implant supported fixed denture on lower arch， 上颌传统可摘式义齿和下颌种植支持固定义齿修复

· 55 yo male, a heavy smoker for over 30 yrs.患者55岁， 大量吸烟史30余年

· Advanced periodontitis,teeth were very loose, causing pain, gum bleeding, swelling

and bad breadth,all the remianing teeth were hopeless, needed extraction.晚期严重牙周

炎,全口牙齿非常松动， 疼痛，牙龈出血， 已无希望保留。

· Six implants surgically placed into lower arch immediatelly following extraction。下颌拔牙同时立即种植六棵种植体。

· Six month later rehabilitation with conventional complete upper denture, implant supported fixed denture on lower arch六个月后， 上颌传统可摘式义齿和下颌种植支持固定义齿修复

And voila! A more comfortable set of complete dentures.
